Ciao a tutti! Pino Russo and his team are proud to announce the reopening of Prahran's home of traditional Italian food, Eat’aliano by Pino. Pino has been working on a new and refined menu of authentic Italian recipes whilst continuing to serve the most loved pizza in Melbourne. We look forward to welcoming you to our home in the heart of Windsor.

Pino ventured to Australia with a vision to bring the fresh flavours of his homeland to the other side of the world. All the recipes and techniques are passed down from our mamas, papas and Nonni. Creating a truly special dining experience with a passion for all things Cucina Italiana, and a homage to the food of our Italian ancestors. The menu honours all corners of the boot and in this endeavour head-chef handsome Lorenzo Serritelli trained and worked in a Michelin starred restaurant in Milan before joining Eat’aliano by Pino!

Pino is an accredited pizzaiolo with certification from the true pizza association of Naples, and he honours that responsibility by making authentic Neapolitan pizza.
